&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; Observation Deck is a body of work by artist Jenssen Smith. On display for three weeks at She Said Gallery in Toronto, the work reflects upon the ways in which we take in experience—the compositions, generated through an experimental collaging practice strive to evoke a sense of play, exciting the viewer to look at the pieces that construct their own world.&#38;nbsp;

&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; From Yang Chen’s project longing for_, this piece taps into Li and Chen's shared experience, drawing upon Teresa Teng’s Yue Liang Dai Biao Wo De Xin—a karaoke staple and one of the best-known and best-loved Chinese pop songs of the 1970's and 80's.&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 
Similar to the composition of the piece, the music video seeks to visually reflect the structure of the collaboration as well as pay homage to the original sampled track.

Collaborated with studio partner Jenssen Smith to select and edit clips from client filmography to curate images for showcasing of work.

In addition to an audio album, a visual album with videos accompanying each track was developed by Chen and Serville Poblete of Slow Drip Studio.
